This 6-Pack of Super-Kleer K.C. Beer and Wine Clarifier is an all-natural, all-purpose fining agent formulated for use with beer, wine, cider, and other fermented beverages. Each individual packet contains two components — kieselsol and chitosan — that work together to remove suspended proteins, solids, and haze, producing brilliant clarity within 12 to 48 hours.
Each package treats 5 to 6 U.S. gallons of liquid and is easy to use with standard carboys or fermentation vessels.

Note: May not clear pectin haze or beverages made with hard water
Directions:
Add kieselsol (D1) directly to the carboy (5–6 U.S. gallons / 19–23 L). Stir gently.
Dissolve chitosan (D2) in approximately 1 fl. oz. (30 mL) of warm water, then add to the carboy. Stir gently again.
Attach airlock or bung and allow the product to clarify for 12–48 hours.
